The ultimate mission of Bonding and Behavior is to create healing through relationship; which over time begins to reflect in our behaviors and connections with those around us. In the name of this mission, Cassandra has placed her trust in individuals that are truly trauma-informed and invested in healing
"Trauma can have an impact on many parts of your life causing feelings of stress, anxiety, depression and at times, physical pain and discomfort. Luckily, you do not have to go through this alone. As your therapist I will work with you hand-in-hand to help you work through your feelings of stress, anxiety, and pain towards a brighter future healing both the mind and body."
Shandra also provides psychotherapy groups for children and adolescents in order to further the healing process through building pro-social connections with peers. Contact us to find out which group you, or your child, may be a great fit for!
