Therapy Groups

"My Changing Family" a group for children or adolescents (separated by age group) that desire increased support in adjusting to a changing family dynamic due to foster or adoption.


"Breaking the Cycle" a group for ALL mother's (biological, foster, adoptive, kinship) working to break the patterns inherited from multigenerational trauma.


"Young Women's Empowerment" is a therapeutic group for women and girls age 16-20 years old that have survived traumatic events and are seeking to continue their healing journey through creating peer bonds. Creating meaningful relationships is a key protective factor for trauma survivors.

Bonding and Behavior provides training opportunities to mental health professionals, educators, law offices, foster and adoptive parents and anyone else that will listen!
