"I want to help people heal, grow and empower them to become agents of their own change through play, movement, and learning skills that foster satisfying relationships."
Allie is passionate about working with children and adolescents who have experienced complex trauma and/or attachment disruptions in childhood. She believes through play and movement our bodies can heal, integrate, and learn regulation strategies to calm and support our nervous systems. Utilizing her knowledge around the impacts of trauma, mental health, and movement practices, Allie's eclectic approach supports healing for many people struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-worth, complex trauma, and other somatic symptoms.
In addition to trauma-educated play and movement based therapy, Allie also provides yoga through Bonding and Behavior!
