" It’s one of the greatest honors of my life to walk alongside clients as they heal from past trauma. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and deep respect for each person’s story. I strive to create a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges with authenticity and resilience. "
I work with both children and adults using a person-centered lens, drawing from play approaches with children, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced relational or religious trauma, attachment wounds, or histories of abuse and neglect.
I am an inclusive and affirming therapist—everyone is welcome in my office.
