"I help people who understand their problems intellectually but are still struggling to make change emotionally and physically. I do this through a collaborative approach to exploring the feelings in your body as well as the thoughts in your mind. It's important to me that you feel seen and have influence in your healing journey. I am warm + curious + intellectually engaged + experiential + occasionally humorous. I bring a playfully intellectual perspective to therapy that weaves together knowledge with application to support opportunities for meaningful growth and change."
