Cassandra is the Executive Director and Founder of Bonding and Behavior. As a trauma specialist, Cassandra has a passion for trauma educated care in addition to treating a wide range of mental health and wellness issues.
It is a priority to Cassandra to create strong relationships with Clients of all ages that include trust, mutual respect and compassion.

Cassandra enjoys working alongside all of her clients! Specialty areas of focus include: attachment disruptions, CPTSD (complex post traumatic stress disorder) stemming from abuse/neglect including sexual abuse/assault, foster + adoptive parent and family support, and anxiety.
Cassandra completed both her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Social Work at Colorado State University and completed her post-graduate licensure while working in community mental health. Cassandra extensive experience with family systems including foster and adoption. I have received expert consultation in treating complex developmental trauma (including EMDR), attachment, abuse and parenting support .
Cassandra is trained in several treatment modalities including, but not limited to; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT), Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) which includes the ability to create Neurosequential metrics or "brainmaps".
Cassandra provides individual therapy to all ages, family therapy, group therapy, parent coaching, trauma-informed consultation for professionals and organizations, and community events/trainings.
