Mallory feels it is a true privilege to support clients as they navigate their paths toward healing. Mallory is passionate about working with individuals as they navigate past and current traumas, anxieties, and relational issues. Mallory works primarily from a humanistic lens; centering Client needs, preferences and prioritizing the therapeutic relationship.
In sessions Mallory often draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment based therapies.
Mallory has experience in and enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couple and families offering both in-person and virtual sessions.
Mallory is a true Colorado native and has remained in the state her whole life. Mallory’s education includes: BS Psychology from Colorado State University (2019), MA Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Northern Colorado (2023). Currently Mallory is pursuing a PhD Counselor Education and Supervision with a graduate certificate in Cultural Studies and Equity.
